Rebecca Goldenberg - Spring 1999

I am a 22-year-old junior/senior at Indiana University. My major is journalism focusing on newspaper, plus a concentration in political science. I aspire to be a political correspondent (ideally a White House correspondent), plus eventually a foreign correspondent.

Previous to this internship with Scripps-Howard I have worked as a research assistant to a member of Parliament in the House of Commons in London, England (Austin Mitchell, MP from Grimsby). I also have interned in Colorado Springs,Col., with the United States Olympic Committee in marketing communications, plus an internship with USA Volleyball.

I grew up moving around quite a bit and therefore do not have a "home town".;

I consider myself a child of the world. I have lived around the United States, plus I have lived abroad in Vienna and London. I hope to continue to see different corners of the world.
